½ cup low-fat milk
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt (Yo-Toto yoghurt)
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)
½ cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (Bountynut organic peanut butter)
1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey (Puryseth organic honey)
Add milk and yogurt to a blender.
Add spinach, banana, strawberries, peanut butter and honey.
Blend until smooth.
